OK, a new phase III will take 2 years, followed by another 18 months to get approval from the FDA.

So explain how you are going to pay for all that? They can't get rid of the current finance deal. In the past several months they have only been able to convert a few million dollars. That leaves over $20 million yet to go (my actual guess is about $25 million). So how are they going to get rid of the $20 million so that they can move on to a new deal?

The only hope is for a buyout. They sell the whole company for $50 million, use $25 million to pay off the debt, and split the other $25 million between the share holders. With 300 Million outstanding, that would works out to about to about 12 cents per share. So, if you have positive data in the OS trial, that is your top value.

Anyone take 12 cents for their shares? But if the OS data is less than positive, that deal is gone. So there is the deal people. Hold and hope for 0.12 or sell as soon as you can to protect yourself.
