the shares were not purchased. They were issued or sold by the company or Scott to 9 other parties these were not open market orders. This is a form of financing. We need to see the filing to know for sure the whos and whats. This does not come from the AS or OS from what I can tell. It sounds like Scott sold some of his shares to someone close to the company. Directors, family etc.
