I think you're wrong. You have Amount of shares, Outstanding shares and float


Amount of shares are regulated by some Godmayknowwhat form.

Outstanding shares are the shares that are in hand of investors

Float is the amount of shares that can be bought.

Who's wrong or right here? Can someone tell..lol
