From what I read, in WGAT's filings...smells heavily like bk...very heavy. They would still be able to sell their phones as they reorganize but I like fancying the notion that NetCapital could round up some financial resources and come in and grab WorldGate/Ojo Vision (videophone)...to "pair" with PVSP...

WGAT is handing over all their service subs to PVSP.

Best I could discern, from the filings based on dollar amounts, was approximately 10,000 customers being handed over. Thank you very much. Do you have a more "exact" customer figure, mulaa?

That, of course, is in addition to the 50,000 that Globalpreneurs is "rustling up/handing over". I believe Globalpreneurs has 2,000 "reps" working on the 50,000 customers goal-by-end-of-year. That's ONLY 2 customers per month per rep. No wonder Globalpreneurs said they would "easily exceed" the 50,000 new customers by year's end...

Add $3,600,000 to the $18,000,000 calculation

PVSP was handed ~10,000 (in my opinion) existing WGAT (WorldGate) Ojo Vision (videophone) customers (now using PVSP's VoX Comm network). $3,600,000 (10,000 customers x $30/month = $300,000 additional/month) added to (year end) $18,000,000 (per year rate) equals $21,600,000/year in the Ojo Vision videophone segment of PVSP's business. PVSP should be able to quadruple that, at least, to $86,400,000 in 2012, in my op...Videophones are an exploding market/industry...cutting edge company here, PVSP...

See you all in the morning!
