you are the mind of reason on this board, IMO...no sarcasm intended whatsoever...Acorn + fertilizer = Oak Tree...that is a great analogy in relation to message boards regarding pinks. :-)

The points you make today I was trying to make yesterday. The underlying intent of my questions and points were to basically establish the fact we do not have solid numbers yet in which to base skyrocketing share price numbers on that are being posted on this board.

My posts were not intended to bash the company in any way, but to try and foil some of the crazy predictions that inevitably lead to sell-offs like we saw last week.

I personally have done enough DD to believe this company is real and will generate good and growing sales going forward. I think the June 1st call is a great move by the company to update and educate investors. I like the management team and their successful historical backgrounds.

One of the most important factors I like about this company is the share structure. If you trace historical share counts, you will see there has been minimal dilution and debt creation. As a matter of fact, total share count has fallen by 39.5 million shares which have been retired from what I understand. Also, they have not raised authorized shares which currently stands at 150 million and 96,534,762 shares outstanding. By not diluting, they are not signaling an intent to bleed or fleece share holders like so many other pink and BB company's. This indicates an intent to build a real business other than that of selling shares. I do believe at some point they will dilute, but it will be for a very good growth reason which will add value to holders of this stock in the form of additional revenue potential such as an important acquisition. I also wouldn't be surprised if share holders were informed of intended dilution before hand.

Bottom line, I feel this is a real company that will eventually up list to a higher exchange and reward share holders nicely. That said, I still want to see proof of real numbers and a business plan which is based on continued growth. I think the share price will continue to rise into the call, but I hope it is a sustainable climb as new investors come onboard from solid DD that indicates real growth.

There was no need to add any fertilizer to the CEO's own revenue estimate. It was an $8 million oak when he planted it.
All he has to do is either update it or provide a progress report.

Do you know anything about this, which was released by the company on the same day that the article including the revenue estimate appeared?

"It allows us to roll out new product lines across many of our newly acquired licenses." FBC Holding will be changing its name to Super Rad Industries, as per the option and asset purchase it acquired from Super Rad Toys of Los Angeles California. The above press release was re-issued on October 14th (you may have to enter the symbol, but there are some interesting older releases here):

There is no mention of the funding in the company filings since nor was I able to find any evidence that Wearology Limited USA exists apart from its relationship to FBCD.

Do you have any idea why there was apparently no significant amount of trading in the shares until mid-November?
