They're not doing an R/S LOL the A/S 150 Mil I believe and the O/S 26 million... with 5 million held by insiders. Their Burn Rate is only 50K a month so that's Nothing at this share price and when true near term valuation balances out around .95 to 1.45 this will make a lot of people wealthy from this level

They just announced 300 Lines with BAusch & Lomb which will generate 17 million in Revenue ALONE

first of all he bought 400k not 40k...second of all, no way hes buying shares to then turn around and do a reverse split of the stock, in turn hurting the pps and costing him money. especially when there are only 20mil o/s. rest your head.
