Was involved with one of the largest mining co in SL, 3% of thier product is REEs and if any company has the ability to set up a processing plant IN COUNTRY, they do. It would make sence, available labor force,and no shipping. The Chinese are very prominent there and may want to corner the market in country. This may not be a bad thing IMO.
The roads from Magburaka to Kissy Docks are very good. Transport and Logistics should present no problem.
Perhaps someone should have a beer with the Chinese High Commissioner and sound it out. Take him a couple of Rotweilers as thats what he wanted from me for his compound.
