The PSC case was just ended a couple of months ago, the investigation into the individual stocks however goes on, it is just a matter of time for those all involved in the PSC pump and dump are named in a case. Whomever they ratted out would still be under investigation just two months later, this would still be the fact gathering phase, it is premature to think otherwise as the SEC made it clear they will be looking into the "third part" gifted shares in each of the six stocks they named as Pump and Dumps.

It would seem to me that the people who were convected, would have ratted out anyone at Behl who was envolved.

Well to your point has greedy Malone or myself or others you mentioned been convicted by anyone for anything? I mean I have been threatened to be turned in to the sec and I was assured I was to be prosecuted. I think that assurance was from the same person that gave demiam assurance that mr Burton would present himself to the shareholders. Funny we are all still waiting.
