To my knowledge TD Amer. ain't taking shares drived from the dividend that Wilf threw us after the reverse split (rape!) I was told that as per a "business decision" the shares can not be put into my acct until ORRV becomes fully reporting!!!
Does anyone know a brokerage house that will accept free trading share certificates currently? Greatly appreciate any hints, Tks.

Thanks TB, I looked at the forms on the Ameritrade site. Do you recall if you used the Rule 144, 145 or 701 form? Also, did they charge you a fee?
