Anytime anyone says anything remotely negative here they get labeled as a basher and bombarded with negative private replies. That is unreasonable, as most logical people would ignore the post or address the comment with FACT not opinion. I've bought shares,sold shares,made some money and still have shares. My point is this, if people attack other people for legitimate concerns then how can you trust what anyone says about the amount of shares they have or what they do with them. Most of the time you can't even trust what's sent to the sec except numbers. Words like forward, projected, future etc. litter this legal jargon. Like I said I have shares and I certainly don't want them to go down and if they did I might by more but we have to ask ourselves questions like these:
1) Why did 3pow trade a million dollars in stock at .06 to Viewpoint for a merger deal? How many of those shares are restricted? I didn't see a number in the document I read.
2)Why would Rudana sell a measly $40,000 worth of shares back in 2009 and then watch the price tank? Especially if there so big.
I could go on but what is the point? I'm not a pro day trader or person than can get believable documents from countries like Chile. I am not bashing and still believe in pspw but it is what it is. Now go ahead and start bashing my post like the rest of the people with legitimate concerns for their investments.
