gringo thanks for the reads. also, could we now join into the court, to show a failure of his CEO DUTIES, from the time he has been CEO (legally or not).... to the date of the court ruling, and now going forward by the blessing of the court, since joeC is now able to raise cash...as long as he reports ligit biz acct. to the court.. and that we would in fact have a right as shareholders to monitor any and all spending as set down by the court????

WE own the company, court is giving JoeC the right to raise capital and spend according to the courts direction....

should not JOE have first come to the shareholders and let us know "officially" of the company's situation, instead of running to the court... arent we suppose to have timely updates and clarity
