I'm still in. Going down with the ship..er ..sh*t. Figure I've got a big loss to offset capital gains at the end of the year. Might as well hold it and see what transpires by Dec. 31st, if anything. Hindsight being 20/20, I would have sold at the open when I was staring at $4.60.

Still in with 2990 shares. Sold only 10 shares to "test" Ameritrade right after the trading resumed, lol. Ironically this was my best exit at $4.65.

At this point it's not worth selling IMO. Might as well make it a total loss and claim on taxes.

I am still in 100%. Waiting on trading shares with (2) GTC's set at $7.50. Can't trade with just $31.00 total cash in the two IRA accounts. :-(
Retail should be finished dumping next week and the system traders should be about ready to take over.
I have not seen evidence that our 22% institutional holders have sold anything yet...waiting on the audits I presume.

I sold all 25000 shares @ open yesterday with "sell market" order. Everything sold @ $4.60. Took a $80,000 hit but had to get out. Gotta say now "it was a good move", but what a sour experience this has been.

i'm still in. as others have said, as it's almost a total loss already, and as i had mentally and financially already written it off as a loss, i figure i might as well hold on for the slim hope that some good news will give this thing a bump

this hope, though slim, should not be completely discounted. the business exists, the question is to what extent (my guess is around 40%, i reckon they have a large number of buses but aren't making as much as they claim). this unknown, coupled with the facts that the stock is massively oversold and the shorts are still hanging around, makes it possible good news regarding the lawsuit and audit could push the pps up appreciably

again, i admit this is rather fanciful, but why shouldn't hope spring eternal at this point? obviously i wish i had just sold out at the open. but given that hesitancy/greed, i've made my bed (yet again) and will continue to lie in it. i learned my lesson from this debacle, might as well try to make the most of it before moving on permanently
