gonna change your numbers a bit (just from my take on possibilities) and say that, per my discussion with someone who knows, they should be able to negotiate no more than 15% payout on the booty.... they keep 85%.
that should leave them with 1.7b less operating (1/3 ;high imo) so perhaps a net profit of $1.12b approx.
1.5 B shares out (restricted's will come clear and are part of the calc for me, always... )
$1.12B / 1.5b shares = .75
I agree with 20x being a good PE for a POPULAR stock. this one could exceed that when stuff starts coming up ... at 20 you get $15.
I like that possibility. Like you said, that is not counting other targets and Philippines. There will be some great opp's to play this on the way up and I personally am going to sell 1/3 on triples and ride the freebies. We'll get some wild swings and that is the time to load up again....
Should be a good one for next few years for those who can wait and ride it!
