Track is in Santo Domingo, the capital of the Dominican Republic, the most populated city in the Caribbean, if there is a place to make money it is there. I would be foolish to think that CGAQ didn't present the government a proposal that doesn't prove some kind of expertise in that area and that also goes to the software deal, i mean does anyone really think that they would just take our word for this, the proposal for the track is an 60+ page proposal with every aspect covered, who is going to operate, casino experience, boxing experience and contacts, slot machine, innovation; there is no way that CGAQ can BS all that, we have teams lined up for these deals, we are not going blind in to something.
In the condition that horse track is, it needs some up keeping, it still pools around 30,000 USD every race, and there is no advertisement and just racing. We are proposing and ALL AROUND GAMING and ENTERTAINMENT facility so that you don't only have to go for the races.
Please think out side the box and know that CGAQ nor the government of the Dominican Republic are foolish to just had things out to people if they don't meet requirements.
