imo there are a few reasons not the least of which is additional transparency that has come via OW and FINRA
these cretins will never change one damn second b4 they have to
on the OTC .. it would seem it becomes a matter of outlasting *efforts* .. the *goal* as always is to have the co. implode b4 any covering would have to be done by ????
Jagthetrader: EIGH filed info with FINRA months ago regarding the huge short position in their company. Perhaps after investigating this FINRA ordered Penson to create a list of companies where they, and as a result the companies they cleared for, had a large financial exposure by virtue of being short. If that were the case though you would think they would allow selling just as Scottrade and Ameritrade do fairly often. (Allow selling but not buying) Our markets are so corrupted that just when you think you have things figured out a curevball gets thrown at you. Interesting days ahead to be sure.
