They clearly underline we intend to appeal :) Why would they do that if they really feel they are unjustly treated by the shorts and the exchange? Might as well go dark like RINO.

CCME is at war here, the winner is still unknown. I intend to stick around to see the outcome.

Too many unknown to just throw your hands up and give up. Sure its painful to see the stock get crushed from 11 to 2, but its only paper loss. Just like the stock going up from 7.50 to 24 and its only paper gain till you sell! =)
