I agree. I think the lawyers told him not to worry about the stock, that it would all be resolved in a matter of months. If they are making $1M a day as some speculate, or even $100k, what's the difference to Cheng? He's not going hungry between now and then. All paper loss, unless Starr takes him down. Definitely priority #1. Lawsuits make you pay attention, delisting is usually a temporary problem for CEO's. (very unfortunately not for us).
