You have no evidence that CR&P has no money and that it is a shell. You have no evidence that Seawind is a shell. I can pretty much guarantee you didn't read the recent S8-K or any of the filings.

Have you bothered to look at the names on the BOD? You think these people, some of who have managed Billion dollar hedge funds, would send a filing to the SEC stating they had a $50 million finance deal when they don't? For what reason?
