Documented Expo Holdings, Inc. issues and events have to first be interpreted correctly for the documentation to apply logically. Contact with the NV SOS where Expo Holdings, Inc. would have to be understood clearly and applied for intent before it could be "documented". In the absense of how information actually applies to Expo Holdings and it's shareholders in real time and in a real world setting, all documentation that might be misrepresented and misunderstood would be literally irrelevant. All IMHO.
