I really don't care about any of this as long as Ken has a replacement or replacements for some of the deals that have not gone through. Just thought it was interesting about the gaming and social media part.
Some companies have no compete contract with certain key executives for a specific time frame such as 1 year or 2 years.
If an employee has sign a no compete contract for say 1 year this usually means he/she cannot go to another company for this time frame and compete against the former company.
In these agreements all sorts of restrictions,etc canbe included in the contract.
Just some info and I am sure people more knowledgeable in this area can give you a better answer.
