We've all seen that Marcus can do an amazing job on the computer or "production" side of the company. If he is smart enough to build this company from scratch in the teeth of the recession, I'm confident he is smart enough to figure out how to get reliable numbers out on time. I think he is getting plenty of feedback about the importance of taking this step, and I'm confident he is heading in a better direction. But they aren't yet were we need them to be.
