Well there were supposed to be filings and the stop sign was going to be removed from otc markets/pink sheets this week but that obviously didn't happen, can't say I'm really surprised.
I'm not invested here right now but I may pick up a position again as more details come to light. I'm intrigued by this stock but I'm also not exactly very confident in it. If you look at all those articles fawning over the illustrious James Scott, they were clearly written by him and it seems awfully scammy to do so. If he's willing to do that makes me wonder what other bs is he going to pull. One of his videos even talks about making up rumors about an acquisition to generate hype, even if the acquisition never actually takes place, the hype alone will drive the pps up. Now thats some pretty stinky pink type stuff to do even if it does result in a higher pps for investors.
All in all this turd is just might be a little too smelly for me. It may still turn out all right for investors though if the merging companies are solid, after all in the end thats all that really matters.
