Who knows. My number could be way high. You reference a "large number"-- do you not consider the 11,000,000 Q1 additional dilution "large"? But your point could be valid- given the inability for this company to present a complete set of financial statements, and their reluctance to hire auditors, who knows whats out there.

As to your question:

Would you invest in MDMN if an announcement of a tranche or deal in the $100s of millions comes in?

If there is a JVA acknowledged by a REAL major, or group thereof, I would certainly acknowledge that I was wrong about these guys and may then do some more research and valuation. And if I sprout wings, I will certainly fly around my office.
