Firstly, I have to say that you have invested in a stock solely basing on your own DD and decision, not on someone's suggestion or my own predictions :-). Once again, I have to say again and again that I am not a shareholder nor have any such important position and/or relation to Catalyst. I never claim myself to be the decision maker or key person of the company... Maybe I just know something more than you know about the company, that's all... And in pennystock investment arena, all rumors, PRs, suggestions or predictions are just for references... Even a stock valuation report or official PR news, there used to be an accompanied "Disclaimer" or "Safe Harbor Statement". Consequently, please do not ever blame me for unexpected results in Catalyst's PPS performance up to know (I think some of you even enjoys a profit given current shareprice of Catalyst...).

Secondly, I think Catalyst is a real company, not a fake one as per your idea. Of course, in some very difficult times, a company has no choice but to sell its assets at a cheap price for money to keep it maintenance or activities/operations. I think this may be the case of Catalyst with Asher.

Thirdly, all of you may know that a prediction must be based on several assumptions/hypotheses, and mine is not an exception. I did not forget my first prediction about CATA's PPS in January this year, I did remember my second prediction in April, but there's been a lot of changes in CATA since then, changes which I have not anticipated and/or expected... For my first prediction, I did expect the PR campaign to be initiated in late November or early December 2010 because I knew that money for such campaign was available at that time (about 200-250k USD) but for some reasons which I did not know, the campaign was not started. And the same reason for my second prediction, I think the campain should begin in February or March 2011... Nontheless, up to know, the campaign is not initiated... I may think Cata has to settle all of their internal problems/issues/conflicts... before launching such a long-term PR/IR campaign. And as far as I know, the campaign will start in this June (early or late, I still do not know)and it may take 1-2 months for their full effects on PPS. Thus, I still maintain my prediction on CATA's PPS of at least 0.3, but this time will be in late June, July or August this year...
