Anyone see that they have a lot of Prepaids on the last Q? Wonder if they have something up their sleeve?

"As of March 31, 2011 the Company has entered into four, six to twelve month agreements with a third parties for consulting services. The Company has issued a total of 113,235,294 shares of common stock valued at $163,853 based on the fair value of the common stock at the grant date. As of March 31, 2011 the Company has expensed $72,052 of the prepaid expense to professionals. There were no prepaid expenses as of June 30, 2010".
