Thanks for the info. I have lost focus on this one for a little while in favor of some other holdings and have not been thru their latest PR's line for line. Hard to say if they got everyone of the debt holders on board for the extention or not.

Guess we will see how this goes but the A/S reduction previously announced would be a good place to start IMHO. Fact is that they EYSM will not start to attract the kind of attention from investors or potential buyers that they want and need until the share structure is "cleaned-up" so to speak.
