Pretty sure they can't convert til May 2013, or something close to that. I remember reading it somewhere a million years ago, or whenever it was we had upward movement.
I hate to be negative as I'm pretty well vested into ICOA since before October, as I know you are as well, as many of us here, but I don't think the 09 financials are going to do too much our PPS. To see a good move we need one of 2-3 things in my opinion:
1) A buyout.
2) A large merger
3) Updated SS, assuming it is positive. Which brings me to my next point. The dilution. The accum line usually follows top heavy on ICOA but is consistent, but look what happened today...
The accumulation shot up huge but the PPS drops out and under 50,100,and 200MA support. I hope it's not true and George puts some substance out. There are too many people that have been burned by ICOA that need substancial reasons to put money back into her. I have faith, just hope this gets going, George always has an excuse for being late, all this was supposed to be done End of Q1.
