There are Non-Objecting Beneficial Owner - NOBO lists available from ADP identifying shareholders. Where a PP is concerned, the company can not solicit investors which is one reason IMHO that the "shareswap" group was formed to keep the company at arms length from the process.

too much, but have a look at my post #7148 to follow the process.
A restriction is not necessary other than a normal transference period. Any other restrictions, benefits, ratios etc. are part of the negotiations. Which for what it's worth has already been considered. What will be left is for those who want to participate, is up to rhem.
Any other fluff, confusion, hearsay, calculation, threats, misery, death wishes, super califragalistic, hair brained prognostications are unnecessary.
