I was wondering, myself, what Jeff has to offer as CEO of Centa, seems out of his realm of expertise....but, if they are branching into other fields as well...say mine seeking, and perhaps other things...I assume he is there for something he has to offer.

I've heard that a PR has to follow within 4 days of a filing, does a filing have to follow within 4 days of a PR? Should we be expecting something today, if they want to be considered as transparent as they said, or do they have a longer window of opportunity?

Following along with speculation, this is a Private Placement, not a share swap, with QASP shares being tendered vice greenbacks. As the name would suggest "private" I wouldn't expect any public announcement or NR regarding it.

Thanks for that. On the last CC Owens comented on how well they had been keeping financilas and looked to be eaiser than they expected.
I wish those were recorded!

As for Jeff going back doing what he was doing? Mineseeker we all have sort of lost sight of. Cleaning out the QASP shell and train Indian pilots and build some race car float plane out of heli parts? Jeff had a killer teacher in acquisitions. James is giving him the final lesson in closeing the deal that is started.
It been a learning curve for all.
