Correct we are all guessing. I for see the entire properties going from ownership by SRSR to the shareholders of SRSR with no future ownership by SRSR itself.

Scott and all of us still get the same % of ownership we had previously in two entities. In addition we have ownership of a shell with a CTO and a large float. Perhaps Dead moose will remain and other properties added and start the game all over again as it was 3 1/2 years ago?

The way to get shareholder increase value is with smaller share structure, higher exchanges and news detailing the accomplishments. The 850 million share SRSR Pink sheet shell is just not set up to achieve the same level of success.

Scott is no worse off but since he will stil own 30 million and likely far more than that of SRSR he is likely to try and have SRSR gain some value.

Also they are going to want to exercise all options prior to the transactions so they can maximize their ownership in the new entities?

Actually, we do know that the Nio-Star corp subsidiary holds all of the mining claims for the Nemegosenda property.
