The exchange or "private placement" is still on I would suggest you send a email to the share holder group and let them know if you wish to exchange your shares. I believe the address is in a stickied post. As for the ratio last thought on this were 8-10 to 1. But we won't know until they release the details. Last email I received was very encouraging. GLTU

First they said Fincials would be relasesd. Yet to happen. Terms of merger yet to happen. No even the merger is complete. No offical SOS yet.
