Agreed doc,

Meller could have take 275K of that private placement money and bought back almost 3 billion shares. I would have felt much better knowing that he had taken care of most of the YAG debt and then bought back another 35% of the O/S versus conducting a R/S that clearly screws the already downtrodden shareholders!

it would be nice to see a panic buy tomorrow,take the stock to .10,or maybe a buyout from a large company. maybe i will just dream on.
