here are the best guesses i have seen by Whiz

first 2 letters could be "Frank Is..." or "Filing Is", And the last 3 letters in the first batch DO happen to be the first letters of "After June First..."

DOPSAJF = "Definitely Off Pink Sheets After June First"

Last 5 letters, AJUFS = "After June Unless Frank Sells"

are we close at all?
