roca this is not surprising that a small company with no IR division. Others here on the board have better relations with the company and keep in mind that a company at this stage is more concerned with growing the overall company. I can only imagine the amount of calls they recive from investors on a daily basis or emails inquiring about something. If I was ABEW I would be more involved in getting contracts..

Roca...DO NOT CALL THE COMPANY UNTIL AFTER YOU'VE READ THE 8-K and ALL OF THE OTHER MATERIAL THE COMPANY HAS MADE PUBLIC.

If you still have questions AFTER you've read the public announcements released by the company (and no one here has an answer for you), than I would suggest that you call the company.

Right now, Airbee Wireless is EXTREMELY BUSY interviewing for more employees and handling new contract demands by customers.

If you've done all of the proper DD and you can't get the answer on this board, then, as a last resort, go ahead and call the company.

Frankly, I think we've gone over those restricted shares a hundred times already. Exactly what is your question????
