do you think ETRADE is playing off the TADF shareholders with Margin enabled accounts? or would they still be doing it anyway with non-margin accounts?
I often witness a bid or ask change suddenly while I am in the ETRADE order preview screen...even on a stock that has had no activity all day. It makes me wonder if ETMM sees the order as soon as the customer previews it but before it is actually submitted.
