within a couple of weeks IGXT is to learn from the FDA whether the review will be a Class 1 with a 2 month review or a Class 2 with a six month review.

An acknowledgment of receipt letter for the resubmission will be issued within 14 calendar days of receipt of the resubmission stating the classification of the resubmission and the performance goal date.

And those dates will begin from when FDA received the resubmission

So next week or week after next IGXT will issue another PR informing all concerned about decision date.
