I think the counter suit is for 26 million. This suit is a joke ... Eventhough Treaty has nothing to do with the suit, I think they are countering for 26 million since they were listed ...

Could you please post more of the Docket ? I do not see Treaty in there anywhere as a defendant , in fact All I see are plaintiffs.
