This can be a surprisingly complicated thing to take care of. It probably stems from that time a year and a half ago or so when ScotTrade wouldn't allow trades, among others. It was cleared up with them and others at the time but, no one probably bothered with Zecco because they never paid attention to that list until recently. Consiquently SDVI is still on their list, never having been removed as it never caused a problem until now.

Ken, it is very important to get off the DTCC non-trading list with Penson....Many, many traders/investors use Penson clearing, and our inability to buy the stock is very frustrating......keep us posted...thanks

Hey Ken, since tomorrow is supposed to be the end of the world, according to one guy, is there any chance that you might release the audit for us to see before it's too late? I'd hate to go away not knowing how this is gonna turn out, so any news you can tell us before we die would be great. Thanks.
