The 700,000+ shares were purchased in 3 large blocks. I'm no expert either,.. but large blocks seem to indicate 1 person. 700,000+ shares sold Mon and Tues means someone bought $7,000 worth of Artec stock! I hope that "someone" knows something fantastic that we have yet to learn of.
