So correct big D. It is just fluff, albiet fluff with some substance finally. Until the trigger is pulled and docs signed by both parties, and filed, it is not a merger.

Thanks for keeping it real. Been around pennies long enough that filings is what make the difference if a company is solid/truthful and indeed is about growing the business and not selling shares. I've been here over a year and seen it hit rock bottom as of late. Thankfully, I still believed in Frank and this company enough that I loaded up bigtime at .0002. Now it's a question of when I take some off the table.
