Well I'm sure we will be at 500M shares very soon so a .03 PPS still represents 15M.

Deanio-path will NEVER get honest with shareholders. He has not been honest in the past. He will not in the future.

If he gets honest, he has to admit he lied on shareholder conference calls and misled people egregiously. His lawyer and his ego will not let him do that because that is not what sociopaths do.
