No way to know if this was the only major block to sales or if there are others as well. But, IMO, one thing is for sure is that this was an obvious hurdle/delay.

By the way, I consider this statement simply wrong. While it may not be the only reason for why Valcent has been so silent, I think the Pagic and patent issue is certainly at least one major reason, on several levels, why the company has been so silent.
