Trops, I was out when the news hit, and wasn't going to be able to be around most of the afternoon, so I bailed when I got back around 12:45 to lock in my profits. Sucks to have left a lot on the table, but what can you say..
It seems the website is down now..lol what a fiasco. Who puts up a website and puts out a PR like that until the deal is done. Oh well.
As long as the Auth still stays low, it could get in play again, as the PR said they were looking at other acquisition candidates....
We'll see what happens.
