I have to agree with the sentiment on here...no mention of the acquisition in the the quarterly report. What I gathered from this is that the company put out those PR's to dump shares into the market, and create capital to pay for the CEO's salary...guess Teague was right all along. Hopefully we can get something concrete in the future...
