imo, joe's shares are not super voting ones so, imo, jeff is still the rightful ceo of qasp.

The Chief is NOT understanding how we can cont. the revolving but open door policy for a QASP CEO. WHATS NEXT?

In the real world, the CEO is appointed by the BOD.
AND The BOD is elected by the common stock holders.

None of those processes have occurred with QASP, so the legitimacy of ANY officers or board members is questionable at best.

That may just be MHO, but it darn near approaches fact!
