I've seen enough pinks lately that are Caveat Emptor or just idling down in these share price nether regions..which have skyrocketed with the right pumping/promotion, and NO News. So there is still a chance. See W-N-W-* as an example of what can happen...but obviously you don't stay long on those types of stocks..which we all learned with OWVI, and as the people of W-N-W-* learned today.

I'd say 5:1 for a rebound to .0010
10:1 for a rebound to .0020
and
100:1 for a climb to .01
