I believe like 4kids..that when the cash is where they want it to be..the filings will come and the filings will show that no shares have been sold..

The cash is already where they want it!!! If you want to know where the cash is all that one would need to do would be to look in JD and Glenn's pockets!!!!! How anyone can believe that these two con men passed up about 9 million dollars during the runup in 2009 is completely beyound belief. Sure they are going to say that they didn't sell a share but they don't say whether or not they routed the shares through the network of *friendlies* and ended up with all of them rolling in piles of cash.

It sounds like Kendrick is/will be running the CIA. Expo Holdings IS A FLOOR DISPLAY AND CABINET COMPANY. A floor display and cabinet company I might add that doesn't sell too damn many cabinets. Making it about as difficult to run as a sandwich shop...or a Handiman business. There aren't huge business decisions being made at Expo Holdings. There aren't massive financial matters that need to be dealt with. There aren't any multi-million dollar contracts under close NDAs that have to be guarded as if they are a world power type security issue. They are a two-bit, small town, nickel and dime friggin warehouse operation. They buy wood, saw it up, rout a design in it, nail it together and ship it out the door. THE END. It ain't rocket science. And THE REAL REASON they aren't moving forward on these basic, incredibly UN-complex issues is because, IMHO, they haven't found a way to cover up their improprieties and lies yet. CASE CLOSED. There are no clandestine plots against Expo Holdings. Just as their business is neither complex nor financial complicated. They have lied to their shareholders. They can't figure out how to cover it up. So they are passing time waiting for another miracle "excuse of convenience" like the BS router story or the very distastefully manipulated death of the WW exec to blame their indiscretions on. STORY OVER. All IMHO.
