when you go inside a plane, do you need experience in knowing the pilot knows how to fly? do you check for his license? no, you just go inside and take a seat. There are situations where you just believe the stock is going up based on what the CEO is saying; and with that, you buy in. There is no easy way to do dilution, timing is all there is. But if someone doesnt believe whatever else that was timed along with the dilution, this is what we see. We dont know how high the A/S is going..so people wait, if its higher/lower than what they think it should be, then THAT they can base on experience; the decision to buy sell or hold.
