I sure don't have any idea....just enjoying coming back to the board to have reunion with fellow shareholders of long ago and to post my crappy opinions when ever the opportunity presents it's self...IMO there is not much Raj/Joe&Co. could ever do to square themselves with past share holders....I just want to always be around to offer this opinion to any new investors should they want to hear....No matter how anyone cuts it...Raj/Joe&Co took all their shareholders to the cleaners....I don't mind being had, but, it sure would be nice to get a kiss first.

Now that I have babbled on & on its time to go to the garage and finish up a project and enjoy this life God gave me....I know from many rears of seeing things come around and go around that Raj/Joe&Co will certainly have their day...How does it go.....Every dog has his day.....WOOF---WOOF

Can the company be buying back shares that become availible without disclosing it with the SEC???

IMO the company would like to not have any outsider shareholders from their past so called problems, and if legal are trying to take as many shares on the market off the market.

Sort of makes sense, since I find nothing else that does. And at the same time could they also get a double gift, one get back shares, and two minipulate the pps upwards.

Just a thought and opinion nothing more.
