#30756 RE: bullmarkets #30755

Personally I think that setting these dates as if it represents less likelihood of resignation is a bit of fantasy. We could be in the middle of an investigation in say July or August and DLA/PWC could ask for an item which management, by which I mean Zheng, is unwillingly to provide. Lack of cooperation leads to resignation. The sad thing is is we have a prior case where we saw a last minute resignation(DTT on March 11th, a week before 10-K was due), so its not as if this is something that would be surprising.

My two cents, while these are best guesses for some possible positive hope/belief The date I see mattering the most in the near future is the date the court gave to CCME et al to respond to the STARR lawsuit (June 13th something like that).
The response to that by the defendents could possibly speak Volumes as to how the investigation is going on and whether we should start getting our hope up higher for a positive ending.
Off course any negative news between now and than (like the resignations or nasdaq coming back with hearing decision that is negative) then its over.

Mid-June is shaping upto be the perfect storm (to completly destroy one side) because of :

1. June options expiring
2. If we go by Nasdaq's hearing and decision schedule (3-6wks from date of appeal(April 6th)for a hearing (should be either this wk or next) and upto 30days after that for decision (which would be 2nd/3wk of June)
3. From WCTBills guesstimate the forensic Audit could take about 6wks (so if they started May2nd than 6 wks would about 2nd /3rd wk of June)
4. The response to the Starr lawsuit by the Defendents.

We are assuming that Piper was on board as per the date of the press release, 2nd of May if i recall. Im pretty confident they started before that, not sure by how many weeks but i believe that it had started before the announcement date
WCT Bills is doing a recon this week, time permitting
